Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders* are shipped in the order they are received Monday through Friday excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 24-72 hours.

  • Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

  • After an ordered is shipped you will receive a tracking # as provided by the shipping carrier. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before seeking tracking reports.

  • Once an order ships from Indoek tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the carrier’s tracking number you are provided with in your shipment confirmation email.

  • Indoek is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves Indoek all responsibility for that package is held by the United States Post Office. If you need to file a claim for a lost or stolen package, please do so here: https://www.usps.com/manage/manage-your-mail.htm

  • Shipping fees are not refundable under any circumstance.

*Indoek reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and the cancellation of an order may be made as a result of requested shipping destination, previous customer history and any inconsistency related to the provided billing and shipping address. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within the first 14 days of a purchase.

  • To qualify for return or exchange item must be in the original condition it was received. Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

  • There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that circumstance you must file a claim with the carrier.

  • We do no refund shipping costs or credit card fees.

  • Final Sale items such as limited edition products (Indoek Wavewam Teepee, Indoek Wax Kit) and sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Return An Item

  • All returns must be first authorized by submitting a request for a RA “Return Authorization” number to Indoek via .

  • A representative will respond within 48 hours with the appropriate RA number and necessary shipping directions.
